This morning my daughter (who is 18 mos) and I "made" her Valentine's to hand out to everyone this weekend. She is SO proud of herself. I gave her a couple of stamps to pick from, stamped them (with her "help" of course) and then let her color. We just placed the images on cardstock - super easy. She loves to do crafty stuff with Momma! Obviously, the above card is not hers, but in light of the soon coming Valentine Day, I thought I would share this card I made last week. I'm particularly fond of the fact it's not traditional. :)

Was in the mood to make a Valentine card - pulled this one from my digi collection. Handcolored with Copics. Kept it pretty simple, for some odd reason, just didn't feel like adding a lot of extra hoopla. Enjoy!

I've been working diligently, trying to get everything put away. I LOVE having my own room and want it to be just "so." :o) I'm hoping over Christmas break to FINALLY be able to sit down and enjoy doing some creating. I've missed it so much and have missed seeing you guys!

A Little Time Away....

Well girls, I've got to put the stamps, paper, and ribbons away for a little while until my new room is finished. I know it seems like we have been working on this house forever and that I will never get my little area done, but it's getting close. The contractors have finished their jobs, now it's up to little me to paint, trim, decorate...and hire someone to lay the carpet. :o) Rest assured, I will be back and I can't wait!!! I need some therapy time like you wouldn't believe!
